Interior design of a modern kitchen with a large stainless range hood, floor-to-ceiling black-framed windows overlooking trees, a marble waterfall island with a wood base, a gas range, a brass gooseneck faucet, and dark leather counter stools

Naturally at Home

West Cambridge, Massachusetts

A new home can take time to feel lived in. This one was designed to get there a little sooner.

Natural wood moves from the kitchen into the mudroom, giving the clean architecture something familiar and tactile from the start. Against white and deep gray, it keeps the rooms from feeling too perfect or too new.

Modern, but already settled in.
