Ultra Modern Sag Harbor Kitchen In The Hamptons
This modern home presented a challenge to our designers, as the kitchen is a galley setup in an otherwise open floor plan. We blended modern European kitchen design with traditional elements for a modern farm house custom kitchen. For the sink, we used an apron front and Wolf professional appliances.
For the custom cabinets, we used light wood and white. This created an elegant contrast that tied the custom kitchen to the rest of the living space. We chose a minimalist design with integrated handles.
The countertops are sleek modern white. They create plenty of food prep space for cooking and entertaining. An adjacent eat-in kitchen and large breakfast bar area are perfect for enjoying a delicious meal.
Matching the European cabinets is an integrated fridge. This gives the custom cabinets a modern feel, adding to the new rustic overall design.
Finally, hanging from the high ceilings are modern pendant lights illuminating the large island. In addition, integrated lighting is mounted under the wall cabinets for additional task lighting.
