Simplistic Black & White Kitchen in Cambridge, MA

The simplicity of this contemporary kitchen design emulates chic  European kitchens. While this is one of the smallest custom kitchens our designers have done, it is not lacking in luxury. 

A custom backsplash of black tile makes a bold statement. It also continues the look of the black fridge and custom cabinets. These black accents are balanced by white custom cabinets and stone countertops. A chic touch is the waterfall countertop finish that keeps in line with the design trends of 2023. 

Light wood countertops, open shelving, and flooring add natural wood tones. This brings warmth to the space, helping it to feel sophisticated. As a result, this contemporary kitchen has an almost modern farm house feel. 

Because there was not enough room for a wine fridge, we added integrated wine storage instead. Tucked into the end of the counter are light wood cubbies that are perfect for holding wine bottles. 

The wrap-around design of the counter makes cooking easier. Entertaining in this small space is as easy as in big luxury kitchens with high performance double ovens. 

Open shelving strategically placed around the kitchen adds additional storage space, giving this European kitchen a contemporary design.
