This bright and contemporary kitchen is a pleasant surprise within this traditional Victorian Cambridge home. Our designers wanted to create a welcoming space for the home’s major renovation. Inspiration was taken from Italian kitchens with chic and sophisticated designs.
While white kitchen cabinets dominate the space, there are artful accents. A wall of custom cabinets lines one wall. Their oak veneer adds rich natural wood tones to this beautiful contemporary kitchen.
The two tone cabinets in white and grey are handleless. In comparison, the paneled appliances have brushed nickel handles to provide a clean contrast.
The open concept of this contemporary Italian kitchen creates plenty of space for cooking and entertaining around the huge kitchen island. A long slender light bar hangs suspended above the large kitchen island, providing plenty of light for food preparation.
An oversized appliance garage keeps hidden kitchen appliances readily within reach. While the integrated fridge blends into the white and grey Leicht custom cabinetry, the professional appliances stand out.
At the end of the kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen. The curved design of the bench seating follows the shape of the windows.
