Contemporary Modern Leicht Kitchen in Wellesley, MA

Contemporary white and dark grey Leicht custom cabinetry lines the walls and big kitchen island in this European kitchen. However, instead of using a sleek modern custom cabinet design with handleless or integrated handles, the homeowner opted for large brushed nickel handles. They keep in line with the contemporary design but prevent the custom cabinetry from looking too uniform. 

The custom backsplash is a back-painted glass panel. The color is a soft blue-grey color that compliments the two tone cabinets. A matching glass backsplash was also used for the wet bar area. 

Hidden kitchen appliances kept in the appliance garage keep the white Caesarstone countertops clear. Hidden behind other panel fronts are the pantry and integrated fridge. These features help this new construction home be more functional for cooking and entertaining. 

However, the European cabinets aren’t the only star of this modern cape home. The Miele professional appliances turn this contemporary space into a chef’s kitchen. The open layout allows for a breakfast bar at the kitchen island, and an eat-in kitchen just steps away.
