When the owners of this Boston home were ready for a major renovation, our designers were prepared for the challenge. A transitional custom kitchen design was a perfect addition. The white shaker cabinets are a classic and sophisticated choice.
A peninsula separates the open layout, creating an eat in kitchen space. The European cabinets for the peninsula are a light grey, providing contrast to the kitchen. The two tone cabinets are a popular transitional design trend in 2023.
Instead of hiding the kitchen appliances, we allowed them to shine. The Thermador luxury appliances elevate this European kitchen into a chef’s kitchen. Double ovens are set into the luxury cabinetry.
Cambria quartz countertops are durable enough to withstand daily cooking activities while also giving the kitchen a high end look.
Finally, a custom backsplash wraps around the kitchen featuring white and grey mosaic tiles. Integrated lighting mounted into the underside of the upper cabinet then illuminates the tiles. This creates a beautiful visual effect in this transitional kitchen.
