Traditional Kitchen In Restored Historical Victorian Home, Newton, MA

The traditional kitchen our designers created for this historical Victorian major renovation stays true to the house's original design. We started with two tone shaker custom cabinets, similar to those you would see in German kitchens from the Victorian time period. 

The primary color of the luxury cabinetry is greige, which is a color that can change its look depending on the amount of light present in this traditional kitchen. The other set of cabinets is a dark stained wood tone.

These cabinets have an elegant design, with crown molding, finials, and decorative trim. A decorative china cabinet has glass doors to showcase the owner’s fine china collection. The dark wood cabinets have appliance garages to have hidden small kitchen appliances. 

This is also where we hid the integrated fridge. This creates a feeling of vintage sophistication without giving up modern technology. A high performance Thermador range and oven is perfect for cooking elaborate meals while entertaining. 

The apron sink adds to the traditional look of the kitchen. It is set into the granite countertops. This huge luxury kitchen has two different colors for the countertops. White stone is used for the wall cabinets, and black granite is used for the large kitchen island.
